As part of Delhi’s renewable energy transition, the Government of NCT Delhi is implementing grid-connected rooftop solar PV systems across government buildings and public institutions throughout the capital. The initiative is being executed through Indraprastha Power Generation Company Ltd. (IPGCL) in collaboration with EE&REM under the RESCO model.
Horizon Renewable Power has been selected to execute 20 MW+ under this program, covering more than 350 government buildings across Delhi.
This is not a centralized solar park hidden outside the city. It is energy infrastructure embedded directly into the capital itself, rooftops across offices, institutions, and public buildings collectively becoming part of Delhi’s distributed power network.
The project demands coordinated execution across live public infrastructure with zero disruption.
